A booking confirmation email will be sent after successful payment.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through our website.
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation time frame:
7+ days before tour date: Full refund (excluding transaction fees).
3–6 days before tour date: 50% refund.
Less than 3 days or no-show: No refund.

Travelers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, and travel insurance where required.
Milkyway Tours is not liable for losses caused by incomplete or invalid travel documents.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, equivalent alternatives will be provided whenever possible.
Milkyway Tours is not responsible for personal injuries, property loss, delays, or damages beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, accidents, pandemics).
Participation in tours is at the traveler’s own risk.
Promotional offers, discounts, and coupons are subject to availability and may have specific usage conditions.
Only one discount code may be applied per booking.
We value your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your data for service purposes.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Japan.
