At Milkyway Tours, we aim to provide seamless travel experiences. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted for bookings made through our website or authorized partners.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official website.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card).
Transaction fees or bank charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 7–14 business days).
7 or more days before tour date → Eligible for 100% refund (excluding transaction fees).
3–6 days before tour date → Eligible for 50% refund.
Less than 3 days before tour date / No-show → No refund will be provided.
If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participants), you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative tour.
In case of changes to itineraries, we will do our best to provide equal or better alternatives.
Transfer bookings canceled 48 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the transfer are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Traveler’s failure to present valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.).
Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third parties (airlines, transport strikes, natural disasters).
Traveler’s refusal to follow safety instructions or local regulations.
